Those Healthy Snickers bites offer a delightful combination of sweetness, saltiness, and chocolatey goodness, making them a fantastic, nutritious snack to keep readily available. These provide a significantly healthier option and can be prepared in under 5 minutes!
Directions
Step 1
Place pitted Medjool dates on a tray or a serving plate.
Step 2
Use a glass to lightly crush the dates.
Step 3
Cut the nuts into large pieces and scatter them over the dates.
Step 4
Mix in a bowl half a cup of natural peanut butter and with a spoon, drizzle over the dates and nuts.
Step 5
Melt 100 gr bitter chocolate with 1 TBSP of peanut butter and drizzle over the dates and as well.
Step 6
Sprinkle very little Himalayan salt on top.
Step 7
Place in the freezer for 20-30 min.
